Slotmetry — Website Terms of Use

1. Scope

1.1 These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website at slotmetry.com (the Site), operated by Slotmetry S.r.l., VAT no. IT18738091000, registered office Via Gerolamo Fracastoro 2, Rome, Italy (Slotmetry). By using the Site, the visitor accepts them.

1.2 These terms do not govern the Slotmetry platform, its reports, its AI assistant (Slotmetry AI) and its newsletters. Access to the platform is governed exclusively by the Slotmetry Terms of Service and the related Order, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.

1.3 Contact and demo forms. Submitting a contact or demo request through the Site does not create a contract and does not oblige either party to proceed.

1.4 Order form. Only the online order form, completed and accepted as described in the Terms of Service, forms a contract for the platform.

2. Content of the Site

2.1 Illustrative content. Reports, rankings, scores, charts, figures and AI answers shown on the Site, including demos and screenshots, are illustrative examples of the service. They are not live data, historical results or forecasts, and may use example or placeholder names, figures and images. They must not be relied on as a measurement of any game, provider or operator.

2.2 Ownership. The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, code and the Slotmetry brand, belong to Slotmetry or its licensors. Visitors may view the Site and quote short extracts with attribution to Slotmetry; any other reproduction or use requires Slotmetry’s prior written consent.

2.3 Third-party names. Names, trademarks, logos and game images (including thumbnails) of operators, providers and games belong to their owners and are used only for identification. They may not be extracted or reused. Their appearance on the Site implies no affiliation or endorsement.

3. Use of the Site

Visitors must not:

• scrape, copy or extract content from the Site by automated means;
• interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public;
• submit false or third-party information through its forms;
• use the Site for unlawful purposes.

4. General terms

4.1 No warranty. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Slotmetry may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Nothing on the Site is professional, commercial or legal advice.

4.2 Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Slotmetry is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the Site, including loss of profit, revenue or business, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

4.3 Third-party links. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; Slotmetry is not responsible for their content or availability.

4.4 Personal data. Personal data submitted through the Site, its cookies and its site analytics are handled as described in the Slotmetry Privacy Policy.

4.5 Changes. Slotmetry may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the Site, with its date.

4.6 Law and courts. These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.
